For the fourth year in a row, Nissan has received the honorable ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award. This award is given to companies who strive to make their operations more energy efficient.

“Since Nissan became an ENERGY STAR partner in 2006, we have made continual improvements to our operations, which has helped us reduce both our environmental footprint and manufacturing costs,” said John Martin, senior vice president, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Purchasing. “In 2014, those improvements reduced the amount of energy required to build vehicles by 13 percent—that’s the same amount of energy it would take to power more than 5,400 homes for an entire year.”

Some things Nissan did to improve its energy consumption was switched to efficient LED lighting, repaired compressed air leaks, and began using an environmentally painting process.

We are proud to represent a brand that does so much to help the environment. Stop by today and check out some of our environmentally friendly vehicles, like the LEAF!

It’s no secret that Nissan is a car brand for the performance-minded – just look at the 370Z and the GT-R! But another thing Nissan does well is create vehicles that are more mainstream and family-minded. Did you ever think these two categories could fit seamlessly together? Now they can, with the all-new 2016 Nissan Maxima.

The all-new 2016 Maxima is being called a “4-Door Sports Car” – its design is sleek, dramatic and cool. But because it’s in the large sedan segment, it can also function as a family car. If your family has a need for speed, that is. The Maxima’s V6 engine pumps out 300 horsepower and will achieve an estimated 15 percent increase in highway fuel economy.

The changes don’t stop under the hood, however. The all-new Maxima features a standard NissanConnectSM with navigation and a touch-screen display, rearview camera, and remote starter.

If you’re looking for a large sedan but you don’t want to compromise on cool, you have to check out the 2016 Nissan Maxima. This car screams cool! Check it out when it comes into our showrooms later this year!

MotorWeek’s annual Drivers’ Choice Awards take into account the perspective of the people who actually drive the vehicles, focusing on trends, innovations, value, and reliability.
