2019 Nissan Altima Spy Shots
As one of the most affordable mid-size sedans in the industry, the 2018 Nissan Altima holds a place in the hearts of drivers of all ages. Its technology, efficiency and style are unmatched. The 2019 Nissan Altima, however, could revolutionize the midsize sedan segment as we know it.
Recent spy shots show what’s in store for the next-generation Nissan Altima. The recent prototype indicates that the sixth-generation Altima is based on the Vmotion 2.0 concept car we saw at the 2017 Detroit International Auto Show.
Angular headlights, a V-shaped grille, and floating roof are all present on the prototype. The interior boasts a digital screen and ergonomic knobs that make function a top priority, and from the looks of the gear shift, it seems the Continuously Variable Transmission will carry over to the next generation.
The 2019 Nissan Altima will certainly feature several of the brand’s electronic driving aids. These technologies are capable of helping drivers brake, maintain lanes, and keep an eye on their blind spot, among other things.
There’s no indication as to what lies beneath the hood though. Will Nissan drop the V6 engine and offer an available turbocharged four cylinder instead? Only time will tell.
The 2019 Nissan Altima is expected to arrive in dealership showrooms in late 2018.
We here at Haddad Nissan couldn’t be more excited to see the 2019 Nissan Altima in person!
