Official exterior sketch reveals an expressive, sophisticated all-new 2019 Altima and hints at the future of Nissan’s sedan design language.
The all-new 2019 Nissan Altima made waves last month when its official exterior sketch was revealed. The sketch helped to build the anticipation for the newest version of the top-selling vehicle, and its unveiling at the 2018 New York International Auto Show secured its status as the new global face of Nissan sedan design. If you’re looking for a car that perfectly straddles the line between a professional business vehicle and a sporty weekend vehicle, the sophisticated 2019 Altima hits it out of the park.
The all-new sixth generation Altima is longer and sits a little lower than previous versions of this beloved vehicle, achieving a sportier silhouette without sacrificing sophistication. In recent years, sedans sales have been waning as American drivers turn to crossovers and compact SUVs—including Nissan’s popular Rogue. With the all-new Altima, Nissan hope to reinvigorate the midsize sedan segment.
The Altima sketch shows how the car uses the elegant Vmotion 2.0 concept car as inspiration for its new design, featuring bold and sporty lines while also maintaining an expressive and sophisticated air. For drivers who still prefer the sedan segment for its efficiency, functionality, and style, the all-new Altima is sweeping in to impress these drivers with all the performance, elegance, and Nissan Intelligent Mobility technology it has to offer. Make sure to come see it at Haddad Nissan later this year!
